🍻 Default formulae for the missing package manager for macOS (or Linux)

Andrew Marshall db0e562d85 Use official stable release for Phoronix ... Using the latest HEAD from the git repository is volatile, as, firstly, it's not a stable release and as such may have bugs with it. Secondly, it's possible an update will break the formula unexpectedly. In fact, this did happen and is the purpose of this commit, an update broke this formula's patch of the install.sh file.
