Colin Dean 598be3b440 genstats: rebuild * genstats: Use URLs from Wayback Machine The website's gone, and the author indicated via email that the source is gone, too. Unfortunately, the sha256 hash that WM has is different, so it's not the exact same file. However, WM's capture in 2014 and 2015 are the same, and the version number is the same, so let's roll with it. `300f3150fd` is a precedent. * genstats: Add license decl and skip livecheck * genstats: Clean up archive.org URLs * genstats: Use non-deprecated license identifier * genstats: Fix whitespace error * genstats: retain disabled state, but give a better reason * genstats: Use GPL-2.0 for license for now * genstats: Remove whitespace * genstats: Drops livecheck since xml2 dropped it, too. xml2 dropped it in `2cfebaa790` See also https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/pull/120501 * genstats: shorten disable message to satisfy checks Closes #120021.
