The waf build uses LINKFLAGS not LDFLAGS. Set
LINKFLAGS the same as LDFLAGS so the build can
find libraries from a non-/usr/local brew install

The original tarball is no longer downloadable, and development
continues on the Jack2 branch.
Jack2 promises 0.118 compatibility.
