Jack Nagel fa3d89a7c0 Use automatic mirror selection for GNU downloads
It seems that the main GNU download site has issues in some places
outside the U.S., so we'll use the provided "ftpmirror.gnu.org" to pick
a nearby mirror.

Also install `lightning.h`, which certain packages use to find it.

Max Howell 61b2307139 s/require 'brewkit'/require 'formula'/g
brewkit.rb changes ENV destructively, so lets not do that everytime a formula
is required. Now it's possible for other tools to require a formula
description without worrying about side-effects.

David Höppner 255319d7ba GNU Lightning formula
GNU lightning is a library that generates assembly language code
at run-time; it is very fast, making it ideal for Just-In-Time
compilers, and it abstracts over the target CPU, as it exposes to
the clients a standardized RISC instruction set inspired by the
MIPS and SPARC chips.
