Buildling HEAD invokes aclocal and automake; the automake dep will pull
in autoconf, so just replace it.

1.1.1 is marked as unstable on libimobiledevice.org, but is already
required by a number of the OSS iOS management packages. It is also
required to get access to idevicebackup2 which allows for backup and
restores on iOS 4 devices.
