lilypond 2.16.0

Upgrade lilypond to 2.16.0. Still `fails_with :clang`
Tested on 10.8 using XCode-4.4.1, system Python, and HB Python.

Fixes Homebrew/homebrew#14460

Closes Homebrew/homebrew#14483.
