* Ruby だけで書かれているのでコンパイル不要です。
* Ruby 1.9 の M17N に対応しています。
* Ruby/MySQL 0.x, MySQL/Ruby 2.x とは互換がありません。
require "mysql/compat" すれば、MySQL/Ruby 2.x 用のプログラムもそこそこ動くかもしれません。
* 英語ドキュメントがありません。
