Tod Beardsley 7f45ed2f8d Fixes #5109. ... Fixes #5198. Removes the not actually required rhost (as well as other pcap-provided options that don't appear useful), fixes up the debug mode to not stacktrace when parsing back the recv'ed NBNS request. In some cases, that means moving open_pcap() up to be the first method call, in others, insert check_pcaprub_loaded first.
