instead of nonreplayabke hashes the postgres_hashdump
aux module now saves them approriately as PostgresMD5s
with the md5 tag intact at the front

a file parsing problem reported by @void-in
refactored postgres_hashdump to report the creds
it logged in with. added a new jtr module for
dealing with postgres hashes instead of the
crappy old md5 one we had before
