Add posix bins for previous commits
...
This includes 2 bug fixes:
1) Returning a handle with execute
2) Bug in process_channel_read that caused the following to always
return nil or a single byte:
p = client.sys.process.execute("id", "-u", "Channelized"=>true)
p.channel.read
