Merging in VirtualBox functionality from Hauke / Fidius Project - this updates the lab plugin to be able to use the backend virtualbox functionality. To use it, create a config file, and add the following lines:

- vmid: [name of vm]
driver: virtualbox

Implemented a little more sophisticated inline help for the mighty lab plugin, mainly because "help" gives a lot of non-lab help and I can't be bothered to scroll.
...
Also fixes some whitespace.
