or different web applications on the same server
may wipe eachother's creds out.

David Maloney 53b3e96af4 Added a check to the Axis login scanner to ensure 
that the supplied url is valid.
Need this because we don't currently have a way to fingerprint
for Axis2 so we are relying on Tomcat fingerpinting.
