lmh	9990ca5df3	IDE started, lots of missing features but base is ready. Several validation checks not implemented. ... Added helpers to get available platforms and archs. Platforms helper needs to be extended so it gives variations (ex. win32, win2003, whatever applies ala win2k). Also, wizard may have to be re-designed and the flow rewritten.
