not strictly required, these conversions keep us
up to date with latest rspec conventions and best practices
which will prevent use from having to convert them when they become
deprecated later

This reverts commit 9b35b0e13a.

This should not land on master until the Metasploit Pro folks (@trosen-r7
and friends) get their Meterpreter path specifications working the
same way as Framework's does.

Add the first few specs 
Coverage for meterpreter and client core, just the bits I'm changing. I
intend to make liberal use of doubles, since they're easier than mocks
and all I care about is the changed behavior. I refuse to fall into a
trap where I need to first spec out aaaaaalllll of Metepreter just to
make this one change.

James Lee 1ec6884bfa Use before(:each) instead of :all 
Fixes deprecation warnings in newer rspec like these

  WARNING: subject accessed in a `before(:all)` hook at:
    /metasploit-framework/spec/lib/rex/post/meterpreter/packet_spec.rb:455:in `block (3 levels) in <top (required)>'

  This is deprecated behavior that will not be supported in RSpec 3.

Also switches to using named subjects for easier reading.
