Fix #6445
Problem:
When an HttpServer instance is trying to register a resource that
is already taken, it causes all HttpServers to terminate, which
is not a desired behavior.
Root Cause:
It appears the Msf::Exploit::Remote::TcpServer#stop_service method
is causing the problem. When the service is being detected as an
HttpServer, the #stop method used actually causes all servers to
stop, not just for a specific one. This stopping route was
introduced in 04772c8946

Fix #6371
When a browser fails to bind (probably due to an invalid port or
server IP), the module actually fails to report this exception from
exception, the method calls exploit.handle_exception(e). But since
handle_exception is not a valid method for that object, it is unable
to do so, and as a result the module fails to properly terminate
the module, or show any error on the console. For the user, this will
make it look like the module has started, the payload listener is up,
but there is no exploit job.
Rex::BindFailed actually isn't the only error that could be raised
by #job_run_proc. As far as I can tell registering the same resource
again could, too. With this patch, the user should be able to see this
error too.
Since the exploit object does not have access to the methods in
Msf::Simple::Exploit, plus there is no other code using
handle_exception and setup_fail_detail_from_exception, I decided
to move these to lib/msf/core/exploit.rb so they are actually
callable.

linux/x86/meterpreter/reverse_tcp was not added to the preference
list, because at the time it was reliable. For example: it would
crash while running a post module. This is not the case anymore,
so it looks like linux/x86/meterpreter/reverse_tcp is ready to
serve.

Most exploits don't check nil for generate_payload_exe, they just
assume they will always have a payload. If the method returns nil,
it ends up making debugging more difficult. Instead of checking nil
one by one, we just raise.

Platform can be seen from different sources:
1. From the opts argument. For example: When you are using
generate_payload_exe, and you want to set a specific platform.
This is the most explicit. So we check first.
2. From the metadata of a payload module. Normally, a payload module
should include the platform information, with the exception of
some generic payloads. For example: generic/shell_reverse_tcp.
This is the most trusted source.
3. From the exploit module's target.
4. From the exploit module's metadata.
Architecture shares the same load order.

Msf::Exploit::CheckCode::Vulnerable requires the module to be
explicit, as in actually triggering the bug and get a vulnerable
response, therefore it should be appropriate to use report_vuln
to report it.
Other vuln check codes (such as Appears, or Detected, etc) will
not call report_vuln, because it's not explicit enough.

Added new class MainframeShell for mainframe(z/os)

This class is built upon and overrides certain methods in the generic
CommandShell class. Primarily it is here to control when and if bytes
sent to/from mainframe (z/os) targets get encoded/decoded from cp1047
(ebcdic<->ascii). This would be the default shell for upcoming
mainframe based payloads.

We're note actually using Mubex, it might be causing a crash too
...
A problem we are seeing is that sometimes when BAP terminates
(ie: jobs -K), we hit a deadlock while jobs are trying to cleanup,
and sometimes that might cause msfconsole to crash and terminate.
We suspect this Mubex is a contributing factor but it has been hard
to prove because it's very hard to reproduce the crash.

This commit adjusts the way that the config block is set for java and
android because behind the scenes the stageless connect-backs need to
know what to discard. as a result of connecting back to staged listeners
we need to be able to discard a number of bytes/blocks before we can
continue process (at least in the case of TCP).

Initial check logic would compress any script, even those which
would not need it since an uncompressed script fitting the buffer
would likely fit compressed (unless its uncompressable and the
decoder stub overflows). Ensure that compression occurs only when
a compressed script would fit while the uncompressed one does not.

Replace variable names with generated strings to increase entropy.
Add compression test for stager to determine if a compressed PSH
script will fit into the allowed space. If so, compress and exec
without staging.
Add variable name cleanup to stager mechanism - Remove-Variable
with -ErrorAction SilentlyContinue is called on each stager var
name after the stager executes.

Import Powershell libraries and sample post module
...
Sync critical functionality from Rex and Msf namespaces dealing
with encoding and processing of powershell script for exploit
or post namespaces.
Import Post module. Primarily adds a psh_exec method which will be
replaced in the next PR with @benpturner's work integrated into
the Post module namespace.
Provide a sample metasploit windows post module to show the
execution pipeline - entire subs process can be removed and the
module reduced to a psh_exec(datastore['SCRIPT']).
This commit is designed to provide sync between the SVIT fork and
upstream. Pending commits to be based on this work will provide
access to .NET compiler in the Post namespace to be used for
dynamic persistent payload creation on target and the import of
@benpturner's work.

This psexec payload size should be evaluated to make sure I'm not doing
anything stupid. i can't see a reason why increasing these sizes would
be bad. They seem to work fine.

Tried to implement some more of the stuff that egypt suggested, managed
to get some in, but not others. Ultimately, its smaller than it was, and
I'm sure there are ways to make it better as well.

Fix the wininet stager for http/s
...
For some reason this was only working on Windows7/2008, yet when tired
on Windows 2012 it was resulting in crashes. It was also stopping
working in exploits such as psexec_psh.
Went back to the beginning and started again. With this in place, we can
now do a bit of shellcode golf to make it a bit smaller.
Adjusted payload sizes as well.

Remove check for UUID in the valid session check
...
This is causing sessions to fail because meterpreter isn't doing the
right thing. I have another fix in the works which will properly solve
this, but in the short term the best way of solving the problem is to
remove this line.

Configure transport from stager mixin
...
Transport configuration for basic session types can be performed
by the stager mixin.
Add a default transport_config method to Msf::Payload::Stager by
mixing in Msf::Payload::TransportConfig and attempting to guess
the default tranport and direction types from the currently loaded
module's (MSF module) refname.
Users with custom payloads will no longer need to update them with
transport_config methods unless they use a non standard transport,
direction, or other innovation which affects the default approach.
Testing:
Tested with payloads lacking transport_config methods or access
to the TransportConfig module (Ruby) namespace. This also resolves
problems with the RC4 payloads in upstream as they can't currently
generate stagers for meterpreter.

Add `nil` default to exit_types, transport param order swap
...
This allows for checking against exit types to be super easy instead of
having to have extra checks in place. Also changed the order of scope_id
and uri in the transport URI generation. The net effect of this is NOP
because these things only appear separately.

Fix exitfunk module for x64

The exitfunk module was using asm keywords that are considered invalid
by metasm. This commit removes these keywords and also adjusts one of
the label names to reduce the chance of a collision with other files.
