Also replaces dead code in lib/msf/core/exploit/local.rb with what was
actually being used for the Exploit::Local class that lived in
lib/msf/core/exploit.rb.

context, gluing the Exploit and Post module classes together.

Use an exponential function for session grabbing
...
Ensures that the retries have a backoff time, not just 10 half second
pauses. Makes for a more forgiving environment for post modules.

add a Post.create method that makes testing post module stuff in IRB a lot easier. try this from a meterpreter irb prompt: pry Msf::Module::Post.create(client)
