...
1. returns array of commands instead of big blob of lines
2. combine lines together when possible (to reduce # of commands to execute)
3. add cmd stager usage in mssql_payload
4. remove extraneous stuff here and there

make string obfuscation produce correct code more often (should be 100% now, but no guarantees). stops doing hex-encoding (more hassle than it's worth) and adds random split/concats (jduck's idea)

massive changes to the database api. Auxiliary::Report is now just a bunch of stubs into the main DBManager, most aux modules should just work, but they haven't all been tested. introduces a get_auth_info method for pulling credentials out of the db. other db api methods should be more standardized now. cross your fingers
