to that future update fixes an oversight preventing Armitage from
connecting to its collaboration server because it would report the
wrong application.

the ubuntu sslv2 thing caused all kinds of issues with rspec
handling this by expecting those exceptions properly or doing away
with sslv2 where it isn't needed in the examples

Make download_exec work with authenticated proxies
...
Adds INTERNET_FLAG_KEEP_CONNECTION to HttpOpenRequest flags to allow
download_exec to transparently authenticate to a proxy device through
wininet.
Fun trivia, Windows 7 systems uses Connection: keep-alive by default.
This flag benefits older targets (e.g., Windows XP).
