John Crispin 645862c1c8 ar71xx: fix TP-LINK TL-WDR3600/4300 RFKILL switch positions ... While the switch positions aren't explicitly labeled as on and off, we've heard complaints about them being wrong. This patch changes the handling to match the stock firmware.
