Jo-Philipp Wich 374664f3af [package] opkg: bump to r284 
- incorporates parsing improvements upstream
	- fixes a couple of memory leaks
	- fixes some null pointer dereferences
	- fixes possible crashes during removal of packages
	- various other corrections
