Florian Fainelli bf21e3818d target: enable XZ BCJ decompressor code after r35097 
Required to actually be able to mount squashfs xz compressed
filesystems.

Jo-Philipp Wich 86bc1b40c9 config: deprecated symbol CONFIG_LEDS_GPIO_PLATFORM 
CONFIG_LEDS_GPIO_PLATFORM went away a while ago.

Also, most platforms comment out CONFIG_LEDS_GPIO but not x86 for some reason.
