Florian Fainelli 39bcd5e10b [ar7] vlynq: rework probing and clocking setup 
Handle the different vlynq device versions, and make the vlynq code more
in line with the original vlynq implementation.

Florian Fainelli f583005b1d [ar7] increase the flash resource size to its maximum value 
CFI detection will reduce the resource size to its real value.

Florian Fainelli 10b7a94f54 [ar7] reinstate the fixed PHY fallback for devices with undetectable switches 
At least devices without a switch present on the MDIO bus still get a valid
link and work as expected (such as the Linksys WAG54Gv2).
