ar71xx: fix a wifi card stability issue
when we receive a pci/ahb interrupt, we need to flush pending data for dma from the device, otherwise the tx path may get stuck if the completion flag of the dma descriptor is not updated at the time the tx interrupt arrives. git-svn-id: svn://svn.openwrt.org/openwrt/trunk@21143 3c298f89-4303-0410-b956-a3cf2f4a3e73master
