package/kernel: kmod-hid: can't mix and match DEPENDS:= and $(call SetDepends/...) 

Since the SetDepends macro does a:

  DEPENDS:= ...

it can't be used after setting DEPENDS:= explicitly, or it will clobber the previous value.
