Lars-Peter Clausen 714c1318a8 serial.h exports struct serial_rs485 which contains __32 fields to userspace so it has to export linux/types.h to userspace aswell.

Florian Fainelli f39b57d15b the 'dev' member of the structure was removed in 2.6.27 (see: http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux-2.6.git;a=commit;h=5ce2d488fe039ddd86a638496cf704df86c74eeb), therefore use the qdisc_dev() function instead.
