Solve missing references to nftnl_set_list_lookup_byname when building
iptables with Nftables support enabled (CONFIG_IPTABLES_NFTABLES)
Bump the ABI version to force everything to match.

Don't use git retrieve but released tarball instead.

As git.netfilter.org seems to support HTTPS, use that instead of HTTP
which is insecure, or GIT which is blocked on many corporate networks.

* Change git packages to xz
* Update mirror checksums in packages where they are used
* Change a few source tarballs to xz if available upstream
* Remove unused lines in packages we're touching, requested by jow- and blogic
* We're relying more on xz-utils so add official mirror as primary source, master site as secondary.
* Add SHA256 checksums to multiple git tarball packages
