Florian Fainelli ad9945105b geos: support cpu MSR register and flashrom for coreboot upgrades 
The early versions of the platform shipped with coreboot 3.0, which had some issues rebooting correctly the first time.

Allow the user to upgrade his BIOS from Linux.

Hauke Mehrtens 1ddb639910 kernel: linux/version.h was removed in kernel 2.6.19 and is now replaced by generated/autoconf.h. 
This fixes build with kernel 2.6.38.
This was only build tested.

Gabor Juhos 23518bb2e4 ramips: initial board support for Aztech HW550-3G 
This patch adds initial support for the Aztech HW550-3G (Ralink
RT3052f SoC, 8MB flash, 32MB dram).  Ethernet is not working yet.
Wireless appears to work fine.  USB does not work yet (as with other
Ralink boards).

The "Generating index for package" created by ipkg-make-index only
clutter stderr and serve to push previous warnings/errors off-screen.
Instead, send to stdout.

Note:  This would send incorrect invocation messages to stdout as well.
If this is a concern, perhaps we could send them to FD 3, then send 3 to
2...

I wrote a patch to add 96348SV board (aka MAGIC) support to trunk.
In my case I've found it in a Telsey "Alice W-Gate" router, fairly common
(in the past) in Italy.

I used the board definition (GPIOs, leds, ...) from the Broadcom GPL-2
relased code (here is a mirror: http://beghiero.myftp.org/sorgenti/boardparms.c )

Florian Fainelli cc8228dbc6 fix firstboot with new MTD map driver 
my-mkimage previously did not include the fs_mark of deadc0de because
upon formatting of jffs2 partition, U-Boot's CRC validation would not
allow the image to boot. This new MTD map will shrink the
kernel+rootfs+fs_mark image and recalculate the CRC, so that only the
kernel is part of the image validation. This also improves boot time,
since less is copied from FLASH->RAM. This is mostly from brcm47xx,
just with u-boot image vs TRX partitions.

Daniel Dickinson dc9c1ac1f7 patches-2.6.35: mtd flashmap: Really fixed sparelen and rootfslen. The real rootfslen for OpenWRT images comes from a bigendian uint32_t in reserved1 of the bcm_tag, which is now used to correctly calculate the rootfslen (and thus the sparelen).

Daniel Dickinson 31f7259e3e mtd flashmap: Switched to calculating the rootfs size rather than depending on being given the size in the imagetag. This is because solving the problem of second boot CRC errors requires changeing the rootfs size in the image to zero.
