Felix Fietkau	a5b89f7f78	This Patch adds PPS (Pulse per Second) Support to Openwrt 2.6.23 (its deprecated before 2.6.23). Its common to use PPS to sync your PC Clock with GPS or DCF77 clocks via NTPd.
