Travis Kemen cf7199f48b this patch fixes toolchain parallel build, which reduces build time. 
In order to enable parallel build, change line 21 of
include/host-build.mk from:

override MAKEFLAGS=

to:

override MAKEFLAGS=$(MAKE_JOBS)
