enable ntpd server for busybox

Another version, in this one the enable_server option is in the timeserver ntp part of the "system" config file
You can patch trunk and bacfire (tested both)
You can put busybox ntpd in client mode (if you put server), in client & server (by putting enable_server to 1, ntpd listen to udp 123), and also in server mode only (if you didn't put any servers in the config and still put enable_server 1, ntpd will answer with the time of the router)
I've replaced "config_foreach getpeers timeserver" with "config_get peers ntp server" because we want ntp timeserver, not random ones (to pre-answer if someone want to say that it's intrusive ...)

The muninlite postinst fails to add munin to /etc/services.
This patch removes this broken postinst and add an entry for munin in
/etc/services. This should have been done when the rest of the
/etc/services postinsts were being removed (changesets 26142-26149).

base-files: remove rdate integration, add busybox ntpd init script and server list in /etc/config/system The rdate applet proved to be too unreliable to obtain the current time on boot: - public time servers are rare and often unreachable or overloaded - rdate does not daemonize, it needs a network connection the moment it is started, leading to race conditions - the /etc/config/timeserver configuration is overly complex and there is no reliable way to disable rdate invocations - the time protocol as specified in RFC 868 is considered obsolete This commit adds an init script /etc/init.d/sysntpd which starts and stops the busybox ntpd accordingly. The builtin ntpd can be disabled by either disabling the init script, removing the symlink to busybox or by clearing the timeserver list in /etc/config/system.

block-mount base-files: Added additional check to pi_include to ensure that a directory used with pi_include actually contains files matching the souring pattern because if not the shell dies due to an empty string in for statement. Added /lib/functions/fsck as an empty dir to block-mount. This combination fixes a warning which generates a lot of bug reports, without panicking the kernel like the last attempt.

That is block-extroot and dependencies may now be installed as modules onto the jffs2 part of a squashfs system and it will work. In addition packages which are installed into the jffs2 of a squashfs system may now affect preinit, so long as they do not require execution of commands that occur before the merging of the jffs2 and built-in (squashfs) preinit scripts is done.

Setting the system variable "foreground" to yes causes the system to run
the init scripts in series and wait for completion.
This is useful if (a) you don't want the user getting into the console
until the system is initialized, or (b) you have things going on in your
scripts that require strict ordering (and no possible race conditions).

Here is LVM support for OpenWRT. It introduces 3 new packages: - kmod-dm for the device mapper kernel module. - kmod-libdevmapper for the device-mapper library. - kmod-lvm2 for the lvm tool. udev: Update udev package from udev-106 to udev-142

Update the init scripts have to use udevadm where appropriate.
The udev package no longer provides separate udev utilities
like udevtrigger and udevsettle. These have been incorporated
into the udev admin program udevadm.
Replace the udevextras sub package with config options to the udev
package.
Update the preinit script to check for '/lib/udev/devices', and
copy it to '/dev/ if it is found, then to conditionaly setup
/dev the old way with mknod etc. Udev now recommends using
the directory '/lib/udev/devices' to initialize the '/dev'
directory at startup.

Use block events for the mounting/unmounting of external storage devices. This handles both USB and IEEE1394 devices. It removes /sbin/usb-storage in favor of using the block hotplug event. There are dummy scripts to handle the plug in/out of USB and IEEE1394 devices for updating LEDs. Storage devices are mount as a sub-directory under /mnt.
