Hauke Mehrtens 4443997fd8 brcm47xx: add bgmac driver 
This Ethernet driver is in early development stage and still has some problems.
This was working on my bcm4716 based device.

Thanks to Rafał Miłecki <zajec5@gmail.com> for writing this driver.
