config: deprecated symbol CONFIG_LEDS_GPIO_PLATFORM
CONFIG_LEDS_GPIO_PLATFORM went away a while ago.

Also, most platforms comment out CONFIG_LEDS_GPIO but not x86 for some reason.

x86: move additional oddball PATA drivers These should only be enabled in the generic image, as they bloat all of the other targets.
