Mathias Kresin cf7154db07 kernel: only optimized for size if small_flash
Add a new config option to allow to select the default compile
optimization level for the kernel.

Select the optimization for size by default if the small_flash feature is
set. Otherwise "Optimize for performance" is set.

Add the small_flash feature flag to all (sub)targets which had the
optimization for size in their default kernel config.

Remove CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_* symbols from all kernel configs to apply the new
setting.

Exceptions to the above are:

  - lantiq, where the optimization for size is only required for the
xway_legacy subtarget but was set for the whole target
  - mediatek, ramips/mt7620 & ramips/mt76x8 where boards should have
plenty of space and an optimization for size doesn't make much sense
  - rb532, which has 128MByte flash

Mathias Kresin c4ac02ffca treewide: remove obsolete sysupgrade watchdog kill
The watchdog kill command was meant for busybox watchdog. Busybox watchdog
was replaced by the procd watchdog mid 2013 with commit df7ce9301a
("busybox: disable the watchdog utility by default"), which makes the kill
command obsolete since quite some time.

Mathias Kresin 92eaf27c62 use immediate set in target Makefiles
No functional change, it's just to have the same style everywhere. This
way I don't need to use any regex magic to extract all subtargets for
compile tests.

Jonas Gorski dbe4173b20 image: fix jffs2(_nand) image generation
Variables dependend on JFFS2_BLOCKSIZE and NANDBLOCK_SIZE are used

So move all declarations to before any includes.

John Crispin fa097e5ae5 kernel: disbale HAMRADIO in generic config
HAMRADIO enabled in all generic configs, but no one platform directly
use related drivers/protocols. This symbol is only used for kmod-ax25
package modules. Furthermore, half of platforms explicitly disables
this symbol, what silently disables build of modules for kmod-ax25
package.

So disable HAMRADIO by-default in generic config, add it to kmod-ax25
package and remove it from platform specific configs.

John Crispin ed61e202a1 au1000: distinguish different models and set correct MAC-address
The target au1000 has at least 2 different models, the
'InternetBox' and the 'MeshCube' which look very similar
from the kernel point of view but are totally different
devices which base on the same design. Populating /tmp/sysinfo
now. The 1st one has an issue which leads to a random
mac-address after each boot which is corrected now via
reading the bootloader-env. The real fix would be
converting to DTS, this is only a workaround now.
