Koen Vandeputte 65044a50ab kernel: bump 4.4 to 4.4.167 
Refreshed all patches.

Removed upstreamed:
- 203-MIPS-ath79-fix-restart.patch

Altered patches:

Hauke Mehrtens b03826d8aa kernel: bump kernel 4.4 to version 4.4.137 
The new option CONFIG_CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_PERFORMANCE was added, in this
commit:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux-stable.git/commit/?h=linux-4.4.y&id=ffe4bf3eb3cfa10f9ef295c08c21f4fe3bb07e21
Handle it by setting it to the opposite value
CONFIG_CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_SIZE is set to.

Tested on lantiq

Michael Heimpold f5e8c908bd mxs: remove stale references to obsolete kernel module packages

John Crispin 019ea725aa add "preinit_regular" diag.sh set_state argument 
This new argument is used right after starting regular preinit (which
happens if failsafe wasn't triggered). The main purpose of "preinit"
argument is to indicate that failsafe can be triggered, however we were
missing a way to inform user that we don't wait for a trigger anymore.
With this change it's clear when failsafe mode can be triggered.
