firmware-utils: mkdlinkfw: cleanup code
Drop unused function and macros. With the cleanup the gnu extension typeof isn't used any longer and the gnu99 compile flag can be dropped. Signed-off-by: Mathias Kresin <dev@kresin.me>openwrt-19.07
