scripts: add CFE Partition Tags support

Some BCM63xx NAND devices require a specific JFFS2 partition tag to verify
the JFFS2 partition validity:
	u32 part_id;
	u32 part_size;
	u16 flags;
	char part_name[33];
	char part_version[21];
	u32 part_crc32;
