base-files: replace backticks by $(...)
This replaces deprecated backticks by more versatile $(...) syntax. This does not touch lib/upgrade/nand.sh, as there replacement is not trivial. Signed-off-by: Adrian Schmutzler <freifunk@adrianschmutzler.de>master
