ramips: fix pinctrl to allow hardware i2c on WRTNODE2R
Instead of assigning I2C pins as GPIOs by default, leave it up to the user whether to install kmod-i2c-mt7621 and use them for hardware I2C instead. Signed-off-by: Daniel Golle <daniel@makrotopia.org>openwrt-19.07
