bcm53xx: drop unused (and broken) GPIOLIB patch

First of all this patch was broken since adding 3.18 for bcm53xx. It was
modifying ARCH_BRCMSTB instead of ARCH_BCM_5301X.
Secondly we don't need it as ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM selects
ARCH_WANT_OPTIONAL_GPIOLIB for us.

Subject: [PATCH V2] ARM: BCM5301X: select GPIOLIB as optional
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
All routers (or 99% of them) based on BCM5301X use GPIOs to control LEDs
and buttons.

V2: Don't select GPIOLIB. We may still think about making it default at
some point, but we dont' really require it to boot successfully.
