layerscape: update ls-rcw to latest LSDK-20.04

Update ls-rcw to latest LSDK-20.04.
Update patch 0001 with a new one.
Drop patch 0002 since it had been integrated.

Python 2.7 will not be maintained past 2020. Let's convert
to python3 for rcw. Below were the changes of this patch.
- Adapted print usage
- Didn't use tab anymore
- Handled str and bytes type separately
- Other minor changes
