Sergey Ryazanov	68e7a2a0b7	kernel: disable CONFIG_SG_POOL by default CONFIG_SG_POOL symbol is selected only by CONFIG_SCSI, since the last one is disabled by default then disable CONFIG_SG_POOL by default too. Alexey Brodkin	491abe8c99	target/arc770: switch to 4.9 kernel With update of ARC tools to arc-2016.09 based on GCC v6.x we have to bump Linux kernel version so both toolchain and the kernel use the same ARC ABIv4.
