Jo-Philipp Wich f06473f8ff optimize kernel config for kvm_guest
This patch enables few extra kernel options for the kvm_guest subtarget:
- Tickless kernel to avoid timer ticks in idle guests, reduces CPU usage
- Enable paravirtualization steal time support

Jo-Philipp Wich 8ce034b36a x86: add kvm_guest subtarget Add a KVM guest subtarget to the x86 target. Since VirtIO is the preferred I/O virtualization platform for kvm, this target expects it's root device to be /dev/vda.
