2. Missing files (UTF-8 txt and others): Mostly this is new publications since August 26: that were not published as UTF-8, but as ASCII or ISO-8859-1. The issue is that links to the /files location are not being made. An example: https://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/63062 , the "Plain Text UTF-8" file is generated automatically from the .txt file in "More Files...", but is not linked in. Status: being investigated.
