autocat ab81fe4ade In autocat3.service: 
Added pre-flight ingest of current menu (from a different repo). This
 will "fail safe" if the new menu cannot be retrieved, since the service
 will still start.

Updated site-layout.html template to use a relative path for menu.html.
 This is the HTML section for the menu, which is automatically synchronized
 at startup with the github version.

eric db3cc80f26 remove dupes 
when there are no images in the epub file, there's no sense in showing two files that are the same. mobi files generated from the epub files will be a few bytes different, presumably due to filename embed. pdf.images is similarly generated when the source file is rst.
